VIAVI Mobile Tech 5.5

VIAVI Mobile Tech serves as a technician productivity application designed to enhance the efficiency of those utilizing VIAVI test instruments through automated synchronization with StrataSync. This integration ensures that test results are securely backed up in the cloud, while new limit plans and configurations can be seamlessly deployed to individual technicians via StrataSync.

The application offers on-demand access to a variety of resources, including manuals, quick cards, training videos, and technical support, thereby facilitating continuous learning and immediate assistance for users. Additionally, the geolocation functionality enriches test results by linking technician activities with customer locations, providing valuable context for their work.

A File Manager feature allows users to download test reports from the instruments and share them with other mobile applications, including email. Furthermore, SmartAccess Anywhere codes can be conveniently shared through SMS or email, expanding accessibility.

The interface of selected test instruments can be viewed directly from mobile devices, enhancing usability in various field settings.

It is important to note that the application requires the purchase of Mobile Tech-enabled test instruments from VIAVI. Some features are contingent upon specific instrument models. Currently supported instruments include:
